Got a question? There’s a good chance it’s been asked before. Below are some frequently asked questions about my web design services. Please get in touch if your question’s not on the list!

What do you do?

I’m a front-end web developer and SEO expert, with a background in graphic design. I also work with a photographer, copywriter and two back-end developers who specialise in WordPress and Shopify.

Please visit my Web Services, Web Design Services and Shopify Website Design pages for more information about what I do.

How do you work?

I have several ways of working:

  • One-off project: For example designing a new website or building an e-commerce store.
  • Individual Task(s): Anything from changing your homepage layout to redesigning a banner.
  • Monthly budget and SEO: We set a monthly budget and I’ll work on an ongoing basis. I’ll make changes and updates to your website over the course of the month. I record all work and hours in a shared file which is updated daily. This offers you flexibility and breaks down larger tasks into smaller steps.

Can you give me an exact quote?

I prefer to give a price range because it avoids surprises further down the line. Above all the price depends on the complexity and features of your website.

Furthermore, your requirements might change as your website develops. I can give you a more accurate price estimation after an initial consultation.

How can I contact you?

I believe in building lasting relationships with my clients. My approach to communication is flexible and personal. You can call or message me via WhatsApp. Similarly, I’m happy to talk via Skype.

How can we work remotely?

Working remotely is a lot easier than many people think.

First of all, I’ll need a company contact with WhatsApp on their Mac/PC or phone.

There’s loads of free software which makes working remotely simple:

Ice Cream Recorder: Lets you capture any area of your screen either as a screenshot or a video file and share them with others.
WhatsApp for Mac/PC: using a phone or computer you can quickly and easily way to share images and videos.
Skype and Google Hangout: Great for video and voice chat. Users can share desktops for live meetings.
Google Drive: Lets you share folders and documents.

What are your payment terms?

I usually ask for a deposit at the start of a project. I’ll then invoice you at the end of each month until the project is completed.

Will we have a working contract?

Yes, we’ll have a contract to protect both me and you. And, which exists to create a transparent business relationship.
